Do I need Acuity's Premium plan?
No. The calendar link Routiq reads comes with every Acuity plan, including Starter and Standard.
Can Robyn book appointments into Acuity?
No. Robyn reads Acuity but can't write bookings into it. When a client wants to book, she passes the conversation to your team and you get an alert. If you add your Acuity booking link in Routiq, her texts can include it, so clients can book themselves.
Why do I need the client list as well as the calendar link?
Acuity's calendar link only goes back about six months. Your client list covers everyone who came in before that, so Robyn knows who's due back.
How do we see what Robyn brings in?
A booking made within 14 days of Robyn's text counts as booked back. You see it in Routiq.
How long does the Acuity setup take?
