Certifications
Routiq does not currently hold SOC 2 Type II or ISO/IEC 27001 certification. Our certification roadmap is aligned with our commercial milestones and is committed contractually in our Customer DPA, available on request via support@routiq.ai.
Subprocessors
A condensed subprocessor table is published in the Privacy Policy §5. Our live subprocessor register, architecture diagram, and full ISMS policy index publish on our trust portal at launch. In the meantime it’s available on request via support@routiq.ai.
Customer clinics receive at least 30 days’ advance written notice before a new or replaced Tier 1 subprocessor processes their data, with a reasonable objection window.
