For clinic emails and forms.
You want branded newsletters, appointment-based messages and patient forms, with control over the templates and rules.
Both help you follow up with patients. Peptalkr brings email campaigns, recalls and forms together. Routiq's Robyn handles SMS conversations and books patients into your diary.

You want Robyn to follow up, answer patients, offer available times and book them into Cliniko, with your team able to step in.
The differences that matter when you are choosing how to follow up.
Booking reports show what happened after outreach. They do not prove that every booking was caused by a message. Direct booking here refers to Cliniko; other integrations vary.
Peptalkr prices by email subscribers. Routiq prices by clinic location.
The Solo plan includes 500 opted-in email subscribers and 2,000 email sends. Published standard plans go up to A$555, with custom enterprise pricing.
SMS costs A$0.10 per credit separately. Longer messages use more credits. Prices exclude GST.
Per location, or A$159 a month billed annually. Includes Robyn's patient conversations, re-engagement and SMS campaigns.
Texts cost A$0.10 per SMS segment separately. The trial includes 100 messages.
Peptalkr has a lower starting subscription price. Compare the features you need and total message usage. A conversation can use several SMS segments. Prices are in AUD; check each provider's current terms and applicable taxes.
For SMS reactivation and patient booking conversations, Routiq is an alternative. If you also rely on Peptalkr for newsletters, email journeys or forms, you will need to keep those workflows or arrange a replacement. We can walk through what you use during a demo.
You can keep separate workflows, such as Peptalkr for newsletters and forms and Routiq for SMS reactivation. Pause overlapping recalls before enabling a new sequence so patients do not receive the same follow-up from both. The products do not coordinate their send schedules with each other.
You can review messages before they go out or enable automatic sending. Your team can step into conversations, and Robyn hands over when she needs help.
No. Routiq shows bookings recorded after outreach, including diary bookings within its 7-day attribution window and staff-confirmed bookings. This helps you follow outcomes, but it does not establish that every booking was caused by a message or would otherwise have been lost.
This comparison focuses on Cliniko, where Robyn can book directly. Capabilities vary by practice system. Timely and Acuity connections read client and calendar information and use booking links; they do not write bookings into those systems. Check your integration page before choosing.
Written by Routiq. Peptalkr features are based on its published help articles, checked on 27 October 2026. Some articles were last updated earlier. This is a feature comparison, not a timed usability test or a claim that one product performs better for every clinic.
Bring your current recall setup to a demo. We'll show you what Routiq can take over and what you would still need.
