Robyn for Timely.

Upload your Timely client list once and add each practitioner's calendar link. Robyn texts the clients who are due back, answers their replies and leaves anyone already booked alone.

What Robyn reads.

Timely stays the source of truth. Robyn reads your client list and calendars. She doesn't write bookings into Timely.

  • Imports

Upload your Timely client list once. New clients booked in Timely are added for you after that.

  • Reads

Robyn reads each practitioner's calendar every 15 minutes. Anyone booked in doesn't get a text.

  • Follows up

She texts the clients who are due back and answers their replies. Clients marked No under Allow SMS marketing aren't sent marketing texts.

  • Hands over

When a client wants to book, she passes the conversation to your team and you get an alert. A booking within 14 days of her text counts as booked back.

Routiq works from your Timely client export and each practitioner's calendar link. There's nothing to install in Timely.

How to connect Timely.

About 10 minutes, start to finish.

Export your client list from Timely and import it into Routiq. Step one of two. More video guides
  1. Sign in to Routiq by SMS
  2. Export your client list from Timely
  3. Import it into Routiq
  4. Copy a practitioner's calendar link
  5. Paste it into Routiq

Robyn reads it before it goes out.

Every follow-up Robyn writes gets a second pass. She checks the wording against AHPRA advertising guidance. If a line may sit outside the guidance, she says so in plain English and suggests calmer wording. You make the final call.

  • Sequences stop on reply

The moment a patient replies or books, their sequence stops. Nobody gets chased after they have answered.

  • One thread per patient

Each patient has one active conversation, whichever channel they use. No double-ups, no crossed wires.
