What the key needs, and what stays off
Give the key the access Routiq lists under its key field. Billing items are optional. The rest is what Robyn needs to read your diary, book, and work out who is due back.
Turn on
- Appointment Data, writeSo Robyn can book, move and cancel, within the rules you set.
- Patient Data, readYour patients, so Robyn knows who she is talking to and who is due back.
- System Data, readYour businesses and practitioners, so Robyn knows who works where.
- Billing items, read (optional)Usually under Financial Data. It lets Robyn quote your prices. Routiq only reads the fee list, never invoices or payments.
Leave off
- Clinical DataClinical notes and memos.
- Contact DataPayers, referrers and organisations.
- If the key can't read billing items, the PracSuite card in Routiq says "Prices hidden." and shows the fix. Prices come through on the next import.
- You can change or revoke these permissions in PracSuite at any time.
