Database rules keep every clinic's records separate, so one clinic can never see another's.
Overseas services, listed
Robyn's language model, the voice line and our tracing tool run overseas under approved terms. Each one is named in our subprocessor register.
Opt-outs are permanent
A patient who replies STOP is never texted by Robyn again.
Logs without patient details
Names, phone numbers and message text are kept out of our everyday logs.
