What counts as a location?
A location is one clinic site, with one address and one booking calendar. It covers unlimited practitioners and reception staff. Clinics with more than one site pay per site.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 7 days with full access and nothing to pay. Your card is taken up front and charged on day 8, so cancel any time before then if it isn't for you. You can connect your booking software and see Robyn handle real conversations from day one.
Can I cancel any time?
On the monthly plan, yes. Cancel at any time and the change takes effect from your next billing cycle. Annual plans are committed for the 12-month term in exchange for the lower rate.
What if I have more than one location?
You pay the same flat rate for each location, whether you run 1 site or 9. Set your number of locations above to see your total. Groups with 10 or more locations get custom pricing. Book a demo and we'll put a number together.
How quickly will I see results?
