How to connect Cliniko to Routiq.
Connect Cliniko to Routiq so Robyn can read your live diary, offer real times and book directly into Cliniko. Here is the full setup, start to finish.

Before you start
- A Cliniko account with admin access, so you can change Online Bookings settings.
- A Routiq account. If you do not have one yet, start the 7-day free trial. No card required.
- Step 01
Create your Routiq account
Go to app.routiq.ai and sign up. It takes a minute and no card is needed for the trial. You will land on your Routiq dashboard, where you connect Cliniko in the last step.

- Step 02
Turn on online bookings in Cliniko
In Cliniko, open Settings then Online Bookings and tick the option to allow patients to book appointments online. This exposes your live availability so Robyn can offer real times.

- Step 03
Make each practitioner bookable
For every practitioner you want Robyn to book, open their profile and tick the option to show them in online bookings. Anyone left unticked stays invisible to booking, so check your active clinicians.

- Step 04
Make each business visible
If you run more than one business or location in Cliniko, switch the option to display that business in online bookings to On for each one Robyn should offer. Locations left off will not appear.

- Step 05
Connect Cliniko to Routiq
Back in Routiq, open Integrations then Cliniko and follow the prompt to authorise. Routiq is listed in Cliniko's Connected Apps directory and connects through the Cliniko API, so there is no screen scraping and no second calendar to keep in sync.
Cliniko stays the source of truth. Your team keeps working in Cliniko and sees everything Robyn books there.

Once you are connected
Robyn gets to work. Cliniko stays the source of truth.
