What Routiq is
Routiq is patient re-engagement software for allied health practices. It connects to your Cliniko account, identifies patients who haven't booked in a while, and sends them a personalised message — via SMS, WhatsApp, or email — inviting them to rebook.
That's it. You can see who rebooks, how much revenue each campaign recovers, and adjust as you go.
What Routiq is not
Not a CRM
Routiq doesn't manage your patient records or appointments. That's Cliniko's job. We read from it — we don't replace it.
Not a replacement for your front desk
Your receptionist still runs your practice. Routiq handles one specific task: reaching out to patients who've gone quiet.
Not cold outreach
We only contact patients who've previously visited your practice. No purchased lists. No strangers.
Not making clinical decisions
Routiq identifies inactive patients based on booking history. It doesn't assess conditions, recommend treatments, or triage.
Not accessing clinical notes
We read appointment dates, practitioner names, and contact details. We don't touch clinical notes, diagnoses, or treatment plans.

Will my patients feel spammed?
No. Messages are personalised, sent once per campaign, and patients can opt out instantly.
Do I need to change anything in Cliniko?
No. Routiq reads from Cliniko. It doesn't write to it or modify your data.
What if a patient left for a good reason?
You review the list before messages go out. Remove anyone you want.
How is this different from my practice management software's reminders?
Reminders are for upcoming appointments. Routiq reaches patients who've stopped booking entirely.
